Return and Exchange Policy
Exchange Eligibility
Our warehouse does not accommodate returns for refunds. However, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to send your item back for an exchange. To qualify, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition it was received, including all original packaging and tags.
Refunds
As all products are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds. This policy ensures we maintain quality control and reduce unnecessary waste in our fulfillment process. We appreciate your understanding that each order is uniquely produced, and for this reason, all sales are considered final unless an exchange is being made within the designated timeframe.
Exchanges Shipping & Additional Expenses
Once your exchange item is received, we will inspect it and confirm its condition. If it meets our exchange criteria, we will issue you a discount code to be used toward selecting a replacement item from our website. This code will allow you to only pay the cost of creating the new product—we do not profit from exchanges.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send back the original item and for shipping the exchanged product.
- Additional warehouse and production expenses associated with the exchange will be factored into the discounted pricing of the replacement item.
